Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Loveleaf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Loveleaf is a personal memory journaling app that allows you to save and organize moments, photos, and notes about your relationships. Your memories are visualized as a growing plant within the app.

Account Registration

To use Loveleaf, you must create an account using:

• Your email address and a password, or
• Sign in with Google, or
• Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Loveleaf, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely to provide the service to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is abusive, threatening, or harassing

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Loveleaf only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by Loveleaf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Loveleaf at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your User Content from our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Loveleaf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveleaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
